Your personal insights and genuine passion communicate its true impact more effectively than anyone else can. We invite you to recommend friends, family, colleagues, or peers who could excel in this transformational journey. Think of high-potential individuals who can drive industry and societal impact -those demonstrating leadership, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.

  • Purpose: To recognize and reward alumni/students who refer prospective students to our PGP MAX.
  • Benefits: Boosts enrolment, enhances diversity, engages alumni/student community. Personal referrals carry real weight. When you champion someone, you showcase your belief in their potential to flourish at ISB.
  • The Indian School of Business (ISB) encourages its current students and alumni to refer friends, colleagues, and family members to the ISB. programme, provided it aligns with their educational goals. As part of our commitment to expanding the student community, including our alumni network, we have introduced this policy to support and reward successful referrals.

  • Referrals must be submitted through the designated online form provided on the respective programme website.
  • Excludes individuals already referred/who started their application process already.
  • Admissions review the referral as part of standard admissions evaluation.
  • Monetary Voucher: INR 15,000 for every successful referral for PGP MAX.
  • The referrer is entitled to a referral reward per new student where all terms and conditions of the student referral schemes are satisfied.
  • Reward will be made after the referred candidate completes the orientation week. Timescales vary depending on the programme being opted for.
  • Referral valid only if: Alumni complete the online referral form and student complete the online application form. Student enrols and completes orientation week and is in good standing. Student does not have any outstanding payments or disciplinary issues.
