At Indian School of Business (ISB), we take pride in reaffirming our commitment to building strong, collaborative relations across communities. In this spirit, we are delighted to introduce AIKYA 2025 – a marquee engagement platform that enables direct, meaningful interaction between distinguished members of the tri-city's business and governance ecosystem and the PGP Class of 2025. Through AIKYA, participating families gain access to some of the brightest minds in India’s next generation of leaders—individuals equipped with diverse professional backgrounds, fresh perspectives, and a commitment to nation-building. These PGP Cohort of ‘26 bring with them rich experience across public policy, finance, consulting, technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact, making every AIKYA pairing a unique opportunity for mutual learning, dialogue, and mentorship.
For Business Families and Corporate Leaders:
We warmly welcome prominent business families of the tri-city area and Leaders across thriving industries/conglomerates to become part of AIKYA 2025. By opening your homes, enabling gateways to a dynamic corporate and business landscape and sharing your experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and inspire the next generation of business leaders.
For Government Officials:
We invite senior bureaucrats, policy-makers, and civic leaders to engage with our cohort of students who are passionate about governance and public impact. Your insights and experiences can shape the thinking of future leaders in policy and administration.
Duration of Interaction
AIKYA is designed as an ongoing engagement that can span up to 12 months, allowing time to foster meaningful relationships beyond the launch event itself. Engagement level will be largely dependent on your willingness and availability. To begin this journey, we hope to host you on campus for the launch event.
