The One Club Conclave marks the beginning of a new chapter in how collaboration, learning, and leadership come together at ISB. In its inaugural edition, the One Club Conclave brings all professional clubs under one unified platform for the first time — creating a space where students, industry leaders, and recruiters converge to build meaningful connections and accelerate domain-specific learning

At its core, this conclave reflects the power of integration — between clubs and companies, knowledge and practice, students and careers. The theme "Learn. Network. Grow." captures the essence of this evolution: a space for hands-on workshops, immersive bootcamps, and roundtable discussions that deepen understanding and sharpen professional skills.

Over two days (30th and 31th August), One Club Conclave will host cross-domain sessions across finance, consulting, tech, analytics, operations, entrepreneurship, and marketing — with direct participation from industry professionals, alumni, and recruiters. The conclave offers PGP students the opportunity to engage with firms and experts through real-world case simulations, skill-building modules, and intimate networking mixers.

In a year where individual club conclaves are coming together as one, the focus is on amplifying collective value. Whether it’s a VC fireside chat, a marketing panel, a consulting bootcamp, or a tech workshop — every session is designed not just to teach, but to enable.

The One Club Conclave also emphasizes the career-readiness of ISB students, inviting organizations to see how diverse talent from across domains solves problems, shares ideas, and takes ownership in action. In an era where business is increasingly interdisciplinary, this conclave celebrates the same mindset — bringing together curiosity, collaboration, and commitment.
