Job Overview
To provide administrative support to FPM programme.
Job Purpose
The jobholder as Associate – FPM reports to the Manager – FPM and performs major/independent responsibilities like Course Management, Bills Processing and Minor/ Supporting responsibilities like Data Management, Event management, Documentation support, Marketing and Admissions Support etc. that ensures the requisite administrative support is provided to FPM students and to the FPM programme.
The jobholder is responsible for the smooth execution of FPM courses and for maintaining course details in Atrium and the LMS. S/he needs to provide complete logistics support to the teaching faculty and arrange for necessary programme events.
The incumbent needs to provide operational, logistics, and documentation support to FPM students. S/he needs to process all student, faculty, and programme-related bills and follow up with the Finance department to ensure reimbursements are made accordingly.
The jobholder needs to support event management activities to ensure they run smoothly and effectively. S/he needs to maintain the budget for the programme.
The incumbent also needs to support the FPM Manager in marketing and admissions activities, along with other department-related tasks as assigned.
