Job Description
Job Purpose
Supporting the Sr. Manager, Associates, S&E Team to manage Placement portal related activities like Job postings, Shortlist and not shortlist announcements, Offer uploads, Assisting students with queries pertaining to placement portal, PPT & Other On-Campus Engagements co-ordination, Volunteer selection, training, handling volunteer data & volunteer management on campus.
Job Outline
As the Intern of the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department, the job holder is expected to get the placement activities executed. S/he is required to work in close co-ordination with the CAS Program Management.
To ensure effective execution of the job the incumbent is required to understand, analyse, and execute the jobs assigned in time. S/he is also expected to contribute towards enhancing the effectiveness of the services provided to students and ensure increase in overall satisfaction level.
The job holder is also expected to execute the action plan of the CAS department. Work on placement portal, support to online placements and reply to the student queries, PPT management, job-postings, offer management and all other common activities handles by PM Team. The job holder is also expected to work in close coordination with the CAS CBD team, S&E, Program Management Team & Students. PPT’s & other CAS Engagements events can continue till late in the evening – Job holder is expected to stay back and coordinate till the event is done.
S/he is required to interact with CBD, students, other departments, and recruiters when in campus to ensure the great placement experience.
Inter-departmental co-ordination of work, smooth operation of recruiter visits and CAS events on campus, and support provided to the team and students when required.
Job Specifications
Knowledge / Education:
- Preferred B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSC- Computer Science (or IT) / MSc –Computer Science (or IT)
Specific Skills:

- Digital Marketing & Design Skills (Desirable)

- Candidate should have good command over communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Advance understanding of productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint is a pre-requisite.
- Knowledge of creative designing would be an advantage.
